Pear chips with cinnamon recipe

I just love decorations of fruit cakes, cupcakes and desserts. When I saw this pear chips idea, I loved it. I wanted to share this sweet and crunchy recipe with you because I thought it does well for desserts and cakes on autumn or winter. To make them beautiful, use spotless pears and make sure is not too mature. A mandolin will help you to get thin and uniform slices.


The ingredients are:

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
Some pears
Lemon juice
