Detoxifying mango and pineapple smoothie

Looks like it is time to detoxify my body from all of the excesses. I do not want the typical vegetable soup or classic fruit juice. Is there something more original and rich? Yes! A SMOOTHIE .

The smoothies are milkshakes in which fruit steals takes the milk's place. Its texture is thick and foamy, so they make feel full. Combine different fruits with milk (soy, for example) or different kinds of yogurt (Greek, fruit...) It becomes fun when preparing smoothies. I tried even to add a little of cookies to make it more nutritious.

Ingredients:

300 gr. peeled pineapple
1 ripe mango
2 bananas
1 Natural unsweetened yogurt
1 cup of yogurt
Crushed ice

Preparation

Once the fruit is peeled and diced, put it in the blender with yogurt and milk. Start at high speed until the smoothie is thick and smooth. At the last moment add the crushed ice and mix again at high speed.

11 Tasty and healthy tropical smoothies that you'll love

This morning I woke aup and saw the sky cloudy and everything was white, because all of the snow that fell last night. Last year I loved watching the snow fall and couldn't wait for the next snowfall. This year, I honestly have no enthusiasm to see the snow through my window. I want sun! ... I need sun!.

Due to my extreme need of sun I decided to make me one of those smoothies that can raise dead and make you feel you are at the beach, enjoying the sun and sea.

Fruits, in my opinion, should be frozen. If you have them at room temperature, you can add in some ice to the blender and reduce the amount of water. The idea is to put everything in a blender at maximum speed for all fruits to be processed well, including flax seeds.
