Healthy green cactus smoothie

A great and delicious green smoothie for breakfast. It has lots of fiber, is good for weight loss and to detox your body.

It is also full of antioxidants, vitamins (A, B and C), and helps to hydrate yourself.

This smoothie is made with a cactus from Mexico, used for centuries for its health benefits.

Ingredients:

½ cup nopal (cactus pads cleaned, spines removed), julienned
1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 cup water
Crushed ice
