Tropical smoothie made with mango and yoghurt

A healthy and delicious recipe of a mango and yoghurt smoothie.

Mango is a fleshy, juicy fruit that is rich in magnesium and vitamins A and C. It also has high concentrations of carbohydrates so it has a high caloric value. The proportions of mango nutrients may vary depending on the type and quantity of fruit, and other factors that may be involved in the modification of its nutrients.



One of the best qualities of yoghurt is its significant amount of calcium. Yogurts thus become an essential ally for strong bones and teeth. Their proteins, fats and carbohydrates, predominantly lactose-provide sufficient energy to the body to face the arduous work or school day.

Ingredients:

1 mango
2 yogurts
2 tablespoons brown sugar
a few leafs of fresh mint or spearmint
