Healthy green smoothie

Do you love smoothies? Have you tried green smoothies?

A love them. A green smoothie is made with fruits and green leaf veggies. It is the best to start the day and fill your body with minerals, vitamins, fiber and proteins.

At first add 60% fruits and 40% green leaves. Do this until you get used to the taste. Then you can move to more green and less fruit.



These are some ideas:

  • Strawberries with lettuce
  • Watermelon with lettuce
  • Melon with parsley
  • Bananas with spinach
  • Kiwi with spinach
  • Grapes with canons
  • Melon with carrot leaves
  • Strawberries, orange and lettuce
  • Strawberries, cherries and beet greens
  • Kiwis, pears and spinach
