Healthy cookies for breakfast or quick snack

Blossom to be fit website shares a great recipe for oatmeal cookies that are healthy and packed with nutrients making it good for th whole family.

You can eat them in the morning, as an  afternoon quick snack or at night.



These are the ingredients:

1 can white beans
1 c almond milk
2 cups old-fashion oats
1/2 cup baking stevia in the raw
4 Tbsp PB2 powder
1 scoop vanilla Shakeology (or protein powder of choice)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
